task 19
I choose Ahmed Khalil, for the dancing bit and maybe
some acting during the video. I choose him because he's
done a lot of drama and really enjoys it and he also is a
great dancer.
Felipe Pinzon, he is my best friend since i was a kid and he loves media and filming and he is himself a great actor, i'm gonna film him in the scenes with the girl.
I also have a girl from home acting, she is really good loocking and loves acting and she is great dancer too, but i don't have any photos of her here.

task 13
Key elements for my music video
My music video, is mostly trance music, so usually they show a DJ with many flashlights and lasers coming from everywhere with a crowd in front. The audience is normally having a good time dancing, with some close ups most likely on a girl in the middle of the dance floor.
Then obvouisly i will film a good loocking girl, that will be in nearly all my shots, she will be my main actor in the video, maybe singing or just acting.

Task 10
Aundience research
What makes a good or bad music video?
There are oh so many ways to go wrong while making a video. Think back over time and try to remember more than ten really, truly fantastic videos. There are a lot of creative, original videos but they are hard to remember. That’s because the sheer amount of awful output is awe-inspiring. It’s overwhelming. There are literally hundreds upon hundreds of bad music videos.

Task 7
Textual analysis,
This video is from a a group of french rappeurs, and they are all really famous in France, they are from the south, you can see that in their accents.
The mise en scene is great because long clothes are used, flat caps, sunglasses, they are all holding flares like in the football games, in France football is really dangerous and the supporters are this guys, the guys from the subburbs.
Really cool shots are used, and they put together different scenes, some in colour and others in black and white, but they go really well together. There is a lot of tracking, close ups and some great colour and brighness effects.
Slowmotion is used too. The video goes perfectly with the lyrics, there is 4 singers and all of them sing with the rhythm and the video is involve and represent what the lyrics talk about.
This videoclip starts with a
close up of Rihanna, while she start singing. And then their is an birds eyes
veiw of a couple in bed and the next shot is Eminem rapping in the middle of a
field. So as we can see this video
has differents scenes that are not similar at all, but both artist speack about
the same situation and the couple we first see in first seconds of the clip, the
words go perfectly with the video. There is many different shots,
lot's of them are medium shots or close ups, but we also se some bords eye view,
some tracking, over shoulder shot and long shot.Special effects have been used
for when the guy and eminem burns on fire. It looks real. We also see fire
during the whole video behind the artist and a house burning at the end.Coming to the end we finally
see both artist filmed together singing.

task 8 : 9 key screen shots
1) The guy comes in the room, he looks bored and tired and it's one of the first shots in the music video.
2) His body starts moving, starts moving in front of a work colleague, so thats when the actual movement starts.
3) He starts moving around still dancing, he can't stop moving, he starts dancing in front of the rest of the workers, really important shot.
4) He starts singing with the rhythm of the lyrics, pushing a rock up the mountain.
5) He is still pushing the rock while the lyrics finishes but from a further shot, you can see the background.
6) You see him in a hospital tied up, while a flower comes out his mouth, 2 doctors looking out for him.
7) Both doctors are on the floor, shaking, important shot to know that the same thing is happening to them.
8) The 2 doctors and a nurse, start dancing as well like if the dance was contagious.
9) End of the song, he is still dancing on his own in the hospital room.

6: Music video director
Melina Matsoukas
Matsoukas, both her name and surname are Greek. She is a graduate of the American Film Institute (MFA in cinematography) New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. Her graduate thesis there was on music videos.
Matsoukas started out at Black Dog Film, then the now-defunct Gorilla Flix film production company, and is currently a director at Prettybird, which she has been signed to since 2011.
Her work is described as, "chalk full of bright colors or crisp black and white images, smooth spotlights, and tasteful retro video models. Matsoukas says that expensive equipment is not necessary for a quality video and one should never think that way: "A good video has the right visuals, a well conceptualised story and should be exciting and elicit reaction.
I really like her work, she isn't like the other director's, she looks for something different and i really like that.
She woks with artits like:
Lil Wayne
Beyonce
Rihanna
Katy Perry
Cristina Aguilera
Lilly Allen
and alot more...
But the music video that made me interested in this girl was We found love by Rihanna and Calvin Harris.
