CD cases and digipaks are really different.
For my project I am going to be doing a digipack. A digipak
looks just like a cd from the outside but then when you open it; it’s got 6
sides made of cardboard. As it includes 6 sides, artists can put a lot more
information about their songs and about that album, also they use it to promote
for photographs, montages or even drawings and artwork.
Yes, they are more expensive to make than a normal CD case
but more useful. It makes people look at it more and makes them want to buy
more because it’s more completed than a CD case.
A CD case has just 2 sides plus a card on the inside to give
a little information about their album.
